Shipping policy

At Shadow Supplements, we aim to deliver high-quality products with reliable, fast, and fully tracked delivery – at no extra cost to you.

🚚 Free UK Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders to UK addresses.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days

  • Tracking: All orders are fully tracked and a tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched

  • Courier: We use trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD depending on your location and parcel size

🕒 Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

📦 Delivery Notes

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)

  • If you're not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or take it to your local delivery office

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes)

❌ Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please:

  1. Check your tracking link and delivery notes

  2. Contact the delivery company with your tracking number

  3. If unresolved, contact our support team at shadowsupps@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

📬 Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus return postage costs.

🇬🇧 UK-Only Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
